Fixbos Application Privacy Policy,
- We really maintain and prioritize the personal privacy of our application users.
- So that we don't violate this, currently the Fixbos Application DOES NOT Collect User Data through registration if the user logs in and uses the Fixbos application.
- We get contacts and email addresses from Fixbos application users via Whatsapp and GMail sent by application users, and even then they are only used for communication between Fixbos and its users.
- Fixbos strictly maintains the security of communication tools with its users so that they cannot be taken over by hackers.
- Fixbos uses the Firebase application and several secure websites to display information in the Fixbos application.
- Fixbos asks for user permission to know the user's location with the aim of making it easier for service officers to reach the user's location more quickly.
Description for the AI / Artificial Intelegence ( Mas Tofix chat ) in the Fixbos Android app :
1. Information We Collect
The Fixbos app uses Google Firebase for authentication (Google Login). We collect your unique ID (UID) and email address to manage your quota for the Mas Tofix chat feature.
2. Data Use
Your data is used solely for application functionality:
Limiting the use of the free chat feature (maximum 20 questions).
Allowing you to report inaccurate or harmful AI responses for mutual safety.
3. Third-Party Services (Artificial Intelligence)
This chat feature is powered by Google Gemini AI. The text you enter will be processed by Google to provide answers related to home repairs. We do not share your personal identity with the AI model.
